Board of Directors

A 12 member Board of Directors governs the HOME Consortium.

Each county has three members and one alternate appointed by the chief elected official in that county. There are no term limits; however, each member is appointed or re-appointed every three years. Waukesha County serves as the lead fiscal agent on behalf of the HOME Consortium, and the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development, Inc. acts as the overall program administrator (as of 1/1/2007).
