Lillage Rental Rehabilitation: 1994 conversion of 13 sleeping rooms into 4 one-bedroom apartments as part of the renovation of a mixed commercial/residential building located in the township of Okauchee. Unit improvements will allow for occupancy by low and moderate income households.

Highland South: 2002 construction of 62 rental units for families, of which 13 will be maintained as affordable for 20 years. The project was developed by Capstone Development using Low Income Housing Tax Credits. The project is located in the City of Waukesha. Funds will be repaid on a 15 year amortized repayment schedule.

Phoenix Heights Subdivision: Funds were provided in 1999, 2000 and 2001 to Community Housing Initiative for the construction of 66 single-family homes and 8 side-by-side duplex units on a previous brownfield industrial site that required $2.5 million in clean-up costs prior to construction. This is the largest single-family brownfield development in the country. The value of the site pre-development was $22,500, after development it is $13.5 million. 37 households who purchased homes in the development received $5,000 to $10,000 in Downpayment Assistance with repayment due upon sale or transfer of title. This was a CHDO funded project.

Berkshire Senior Apartments: 2004 General Capital Group renovation of a historic school (St. Jerome), and a new construction addition to create 85 units of senior rental housing, including a senior community center. The project was primarily funded with Low Income Housing Tax Credits. The project is located in the City of Oconomowoc. Repayment of the HOME funds is based on a 15 year repayment schedule.

Main Street Apartments: Hebron House of Hospitality will purchase and rehabilitate a four-unit apartment for occupancy by low and moderate income households. The project is fully funded with HOME grant funds. The project is located in the City of Waukesha. This was a CHDO funded project.
